I'm Sarah a mtf pre op transsexual.Started hrt 14th June 2026.I have health problems that can affect what I can do. I suffer with Cluster headache fatigue and high blood pressure and I have to rest for a day or two when I have an attack.
Why am I here?I'm not here for the money I'm here for the pleasure it gives other people watching me strip and playing with myself.I do love to receive tips even if it's only one token.Please feel free to ask any questions if you would like to know anything.
