Legal Disclaimer Regarding Use of Video Recordings
Please be advised that any video recordings of me, including my likeness, voice, and any original content I may express or generate within such recordings, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Specifically, these recordings and their contents are subject to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright legislation. Under these laws, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of these recordings, particularly for commercial purposes or the monetary gain of another party without my explicit written consent and a valid license, is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
Copyright infringement can lead to significant legal and financial penalties, including but not limited to statutory damages, actual damages and lost profits, and the recovery of attorney's fees and costs by the copyright holder.
Therefore, any individual or entity intending to use video recordings of me for their own monetary gain or commercial advantage must first obtain my express written permission and enter into a licensing agreement that specifies the terms and conditions of such use, including appropriate compensation. Failure to do so may result in legal action to enforce my intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law under the DMCA and other relevant statutes.
This disclaimer serves as explicit notice of my rights and intentions regarding the use of my recorded image, voice, and content.
