WHY DO I SPEAK SO SOFTLY OR WHY IS MY SOUND OFF?I have a very rare neurological disability called Mixed Abductor Spasmodic Dysphonia it affects the way I speak and breathe. I talk a bit like Marilyn Monroe. I lost my career in nursing because of my voice and found the adult sex world to be a very nonjudgemental world and a great way to make money with limited use of my voice.
